Looks perfect, but…… This phone looked perfect out of the box. Right away I noticed the speaker sounded busted if listening to music, taking a phone call, etc. Contacted seller, quick response, but had to send phone back for return and decided i could live with it rather than not have phone for a week or so. Awesome phone Awesome phone I was very impressed with this certified refurbished device. Would definitely recommend. Also keep in mind it is a verizon phone. But it is. I repeat. IT IS UNLOCKED. I have it with metro pcs and it works awesome. I was at one of the metro pcs stores and was told i couldn’t activate it with them. One Star The phone was not unlocked so I can’t use it says my sim is invalid because it’s not Verizon. Will be returning shortly to purchase from someone else as this is very inconvenient.
