Excellent book about digital photography and post processing Excellent book for beginners or near-beginners in digital photography. The author goes into great detail about how digital cameras work. It can get a bit overwhelming at times but just keep reading. He then spends time explaining post-processing of photos. This was the area I was looking for. Huge repository of high-quality, well-written camera operating information Great reference book, goes through a huge amount of the information around how a camera functions, how to start working in manual mode, and how you can work with your camera’s tools to get the look you want in your shots. I haven’t gotten through it all, but so far, I am pleasantly surprised with this book! It definitely will not work for everyone, though. Everyone learns differently, but this method works for me!
