The knobs are nice and knurrly I’ve had this on my rifle now for several weeks. I’ve shot 2, 600 yd matches with it in place. I have several other scopes ranging from Leupold Mk4 to what ever that cheap little “Bug Buster” thing is. ( steer clear of that by the way. But that’s a different review.) The point is, I’ve paid a lot more for equal or less glass. The knobs are nice and knurrly. I really like the MOA knobs on MOA reticle. Plenty of adjustment for a 6.5 Creedmoor out to 1100 yds with a 0 MOA mount…
it looks absolutely awesome on my RPR This thing is a BEAST! I could hardly wait to get it out of the box! AND IT CAME WITH A SUNSHADE! I read somewhere that Nikon stopped making them, I don’t know why, it looks absolutely awesome on my RPR. Features are fantastic, illuminated MOA reticle is going to be a pleasure to mess with…this aught to draw the target in. This scope is right up there with Burris, Leupold, Vortex, and Nightforce! Yeah it (sunshade) has a little “gap” between the objective trim ring but that is…
Excellent scope for the price Excellent scope for the price. I have always been a fan of Nikon optics and this one does not disappoint. Right now it sits atop a 6.5 creedmoor. It has enough elevation to easily reach 1000 yards with no cant on the scope and it dials true.
