Won’t focus ever. Don’t buy. I wanted to upgrade to a better quality camera for video conferences and recordings. I have wasted hours trying to make this work. It has totally blown my belief that “refurbished” is a good option. I have been embarrassed multiple times trying to have a video call in a business setting because it looks like I don’t know what I am doing.My previous much cheaper camera worked better. Generally, I have had good luck with the brand, but there was no support for this issue and it seems to be a known problem. I should have returned it right away, but I thought perhaps there was a setting I missed. Now I’m stuck with it. Ugh.
Great Webcam, especially for the price This is a great 1080p webcam that should suit all of your video needs for conference calls or even just when talking to other gamers or things of that like. The built-in mic is okay, but definitely not a selling point, it’s just… functional. But I still rate it highly because for the price, the video performance can’t be beat, plus, I prefer using a separate mic anyways.
