What you should know before you purchase this MS Office Home 2019 comes as a preinstalled TRIAL version.You must pay Dell $249.99 to activate it.You cannot uninstall it (and install your own version/license). Hotter Than Lava This is a review from someone who actually paid money for this laptop. Great specs, great keyboard and display. I really wanted to love this laptop, but it gets absurdly hot. Simple web browsing causes the bottom to heat up quickly. The area above the function keys get just as hot. After only about 10 minutes of use, the keyboard also started to get warm.
