Very easy to fly, stable and precise I got this drone because I wanted something I can fly indoors. I started with a bigger drone, but it was not precise enough to fly indoors. This drone is tiny and very accurate. It is very easy to fly indoors, and in fact I’ve been flying it all over the house. I had a good impression of Syma already because I owned a Syma RC helicopter a while back, and it was impressively easy to fly. This drone is even better.The battery doesn’t last long, about 5 minutes worth of flight time. But it is a fun 5 minutes. You’ll get the thing back on the charger and can’t wait for the next flight. The manual says it takes 70 minutes to charge, but it doesn’t seem to take that long. Maybe 30 or 45 minutes? I haven’t timed it, but it’s not super long. It’s pretty average for a drone. Surgical precision! Perfect for beginners! For 30 bucks this thing is pretty hard to beat. It is able to hover in place when you let go of the joystick, which is a huge benefit. It makes it so much easier to fly than many of the other drones in this price range. Also, the controls are very precise. Some drones have a tendency to “get away” from you when you are still learning. You will make a series of over-corrections and the drone winds up spiraling further and further out of control until it crashes. With the X20, all you have to do is let go of the joystick(s), and it simply comes to a standstill in the air. It is an excellent drone for beginners, it is very forgiving and perfect for learning.It is, however, rather slow, and it doesn’t do terribly well outdoors. Don’t get me wrong, it will fly outdoors, sure, but it is going to struggle against the slightest breeze.
