A Worthy Upgrade to your Portable Setup The Fiio Q5s is the successor to the original Q5, and the more brolic sibling of the Q1 Mark II. Outstanding DAC/Amp! I have become a little carried away with DAC’s, looking for the ideal. While that does not exist, this one comes mighty close. I was happy with my iFi xDSD, but I developed a problem. Hoving received the Beyerdynamic T1 v2, I was pining for a reasonable way to use this in balanced mode, yet portably so. Defective cable. App does not work. No Customer Service. When I first used this I found that the Lightning to USB micro cable was broken. I also found that the app which lets you control the Overall functions does not work. The app works fine on my older Q5 but not on this new one. Therefore I can not even use the Blue Tooth function properly. Fiio does not seem to have any Customer Support because they will not respond to my eMails.
