Terrible Support and glitchy product This system worked great for about 7 months. Then after a power outage, it took support over two months and about 20 some tech support messages along with 2 tech support phone calls (with them taking over my computer to see for themselves on one of the phone calls, maybe should have done that first instead of last?) to finally replace the base station. Very disappointed I was very hopeful after amazing reviews. Unfortunately it didnât work for me. Most the time I had to stand directly in front of the camera and wave my hand around for it to âwake upâ. Many times when cameras picked up motion, the person was already leaving not walking up. Other times I got a notification but there was nothing there. After 6 days up, Iâd open up my app and cameras showed last active 2-3 days ago. WARNING PLEASE DO NOT BUY! I wish that I had spent more time researching the reviews before I made the investment in these cameras. As you are aware there are thousands of reviews so let me make it short… THE MOTION DETECTION OF THESE CAMERAS IS BASICALLY USELESS.
