Great cameras A great system. The 1080p cameras are crystal clear and I can even zoom in on license plates. The downside is the app. The app isn’t very user friendly and can take a while to setup properly. Also, I haven’t been able to get the alerts to work properly. The cameras and DVR are 5 stars, but the associated app would only be 2.5 if rated separately.
The cost of the system versus its efficacy. Worth every dollar spent. This Loocam DVR security system was my second purchase of a security system and by far and large, the easiest installation. I was a bit apprehensive about the setup information being done through a QR code, but after following the manufacturers directions, it was a breeze. More important to me was the ability to view my house from anywhere in the world on my mobile devices and the LooCloud app and setup was just as easy. If I need another security system, Loocam will be my choice.
