Phone App is not working I purchased these cameras in March of this year, everything was working fine up until 2 days ago when I received a notification on my phone from Lorex Secure (phone app) stating “Device Lorex has been disconnected”.This was when I learned of the “migration” and had to download a new phone app called Lorex Cirrus. I followed the instructions and was able to see my device on the new app; however, the status continually says “Connecting/Reconnecting” and never connects.I…
defective product & worst customer service on the planet The DVR with the system did not work and after series of calls with Lorex and amazon they say they will send the replacement. Then they say they will not send the replacement once called independently. It took 4 calls today with Lorex and still then they did not have any information from my previous cases. Just the worst customer service in the planet. Worst customer service in the planet. Defective piece and Lorex makes you go in circles for a replaced and still wonât honor it.
Not bad for the price Installing and setting up was a breeze. The 2k cameras are nice although I do want to try some 4K cameras. Thereâs not many choices with this model on upgrading the cameras. Found only 1 4K and only 1 PTZ. Getting setup on my phone was a little tricky because the software it says to acquire is no longer used.
