Awesome system, Menu is great
Customer Video Review Length:: 0:29 Mins Awesome NVR and Cameras. Iâve used Q-see, Swann, Samsung, they donât compare to this system for the price. The menus for settings are well designed and easy to use. Quality of image is great at 5MP. The app is the best camera app Iâve used with a system. You can actually change settings on the NVR with the app, not just view. Make sure to run solid copper Cat6 so you have no problems with powering the cameras if running far distances,
Very poor responses from the company I had a problem with the DVR on this system contacted the company they got back to me if the three days have yet to get an answer what to do with the defected DVR that my system does not work need help getting results
Disappointed. Cameras shorted out and customer support refuses to respond. The night after installing the eight cameras that came with this set, one of the cameras shorted out. As you can see in the picture I’ve provided, it looks as though it burned up a bit where the ethernet/power cable plugs in. After contacting ReolinkUSOnline through Amazon, they asked for a picture of the damage. I sent them the requested picture immediately and they quit responding. I followed up asking them to respond, and now three weeks later I have given up. Even worse, a 2nd camera just…
