All And All A Great Security System High quality picture and easy to wire cameras. Nice features including easy remote p2p viewing and email alert scheduling. The set up menu is not user friendly but with some patients I was able to figure it out. Playback and video file copying is fairly easy. All and all a great security system.
Disappointed First, the app for my cell does not stay loaded. It will uninstall by itself and then I have to re-install it. Second, When I set a schedule for the “recording” and “alarm” , the recorder and alarm will not fallow schedule.( ie. the motion alarm will still sound off even though I have it off for that particular time.) Finally, when I call customer service for help, it seems they are more worried about, how many calls they can get through, rather tan taking the time to solve my issue.

My dvr is located in a closet so attaching the hdmi cable to my laptop is not possible. The app for the phone works great.
