A good basic unit that met our needs We replaced an older video recorder that stopped working. It meets that objective. The existing cameras connected right up. The DVR setup itself was intuitive and went quickly. So far, we havenât set up any motion alerts but we do record continually. We have referred back to them on occasions both locally and remotely.As far as remote goes, setting up the zos view app was a bit cumbersome. It generally works although sometimes it doesnât which is worrisome since it could fail…
Useless Useless product and useless customer service. Nobody responds to anything. The absolute worst experience I have had with a product. I’ll use it for target practice at the range.
