Did not work after unpacking and setup. I ordered an Acer Aspire TC-780. Instead I received a TC-865, which I later found out was an updated model. It came with essentially no documentation or even start up instructions. When turned on for the first time it just got to the BIOS screen and did not boot any further. I called Acer Tech Support but they could not get it to boot, even after restarting BIOS and having me download Windows 10 recovery software. 16GP + SSD makes it super fast I needed a desktop mainly for online usage. Not into gaming. My old machine only had 4GB RAM, was slow to boot and would take forever to do anything. I configured this machine with 16 GB of RAM and it has SSD. The price was acceptable for the specs. Now this machine allows me to zip through the work I need to do. Major time saver.
BINGO After 3 Imac’s am going back to PC. Have been checking, looking for 2+ years. Tough decision. Found what looked like the perfect pc for my needs. Could not be happier. Answers and co-operation with Amazon and dealer made this a smooth move. Would have liked a USBc but the handy adapter ($9.99) and I’m up to speed.
