Great laptop for my dad Although there were only two reviews, I decided to give this a purchase anyway (even though I’m really picky with reviews when it comes to laptops). Beware the pre-installed McAffee antivirus. Do not install a separate antivirus. After downloading AVG once McAfee expired, the laptop would freeze. I could not access the toolbar or task menu. After doing some research and a hard reset, I found out that the preinstalled McAffe will basically have a pissing contest with any other antivirus program you download and cause the problems I had. Since doing the reset, and deleting AVG, it’s been fast and smooth sailing. Having Norton antivirus also resulted in the same problems.
Easy to Use Yes, when you get it, it updates frequently, but that is to be expected. It surprisingly had Word, Excel and Outlook already installed. I installed a few apps and a game with ease. I like it. I’m not a laptop person, but this will do.
